Full Refund (100%)
- Processed within 7 business days
- Refund via the original payment method
2.2 Between 3-6 Days Notice
Partial Refund (50%)
- 50% retained as cancellation fee
- Option to convert to credit for future stay (100%)
2.3 Less than 3 Days Notice
No Refund (0%)
- Rescheduling available subject to availability
- Rescheduling fee: BRL 100.00

4. Cancellation by Casa Azul
In case of cancellation by Casa Azul (force majeure, maintenance):
- Immediate full refund (100%)
- Assistance finding alternative accommodation
- 20% discount on future stay
5. Reservation Changes
- 7+ days: Free
- 3-6 days: BRL 50.00 fee
- Less than 3 days: BRL 100.00 fee
6. Special Circumstances
In proven medical emergencies or extreme weather conditions, requests will be reviewed case by case.
